EVERYTHING IS QUALITY CONTROLLED AND PHOTOGRAPHED BEFORE LEAVING OUR STUDIO. ANY FLAWS WILL BE LISTED IN THE DESCRIPTION. WE ONLY SELL A-GRADE STOCK AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE DAMAGED ITEM WITH RIPS AND LARGE STAINS. HOWEVER, SOME THINGS DO SLIP THROUGH OUR HANDS.
IF WE ARE RESPONSIBLE, WE WILL ALWAYS MAKE THINGS RIGHT BUT WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS.
IF, FOR ANY REASON, YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR BOX AND WISH TO RETURN IT, YOU MUST SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST. PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY VIA EMAIL AT _________ WITHIN 4 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PARCEL. YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER, NAME AND THE REASONS FOR THE RETURN. IF YOUR RETURN IS ACCEPTED, WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITH INSTRUCTIONS ON RETURNING YOUR PARCEL.
PARCELS SENT BACK WITHOUT A RETURN REQUEST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED NOR REFUNDED.
IN THE EVENT THAT WE DO DEEM A REFUND NECESSARY, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED VIA YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IT CAN TAKE SEVERAL DAYS FOR YOUR CREDIT CARD OR BANK TO PROCESS A REFUND.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POSTAGE COST OF RETURNED MUST BE PAID BY YOU. WE RECOMMEND USING A TRACKED AND SIGNED SERVICE, AS WE WILL NOT REFUND UNRETURNED OR LOST ITEMS.
WE CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY MISSING ORDERS, IF THE TRACKING INFORMATION SHOWS THAT YOUR PARCEL HAS BEEN ‘DELIVERED’.
WE AREN’T ACCOUNTABLE IF YOU ARE NOT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY AND ARE UNABLE TO SIGN FOR YOUR PARCEL. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR HAVING IT RE-DELIVERED AND PAYING ANY EXTRA COSTS THIS SERVICE MAY REQUIRE.
WE CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR PARCELS THAT ARE LOST DUE TO INCORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU.

WE DO NOT WASH OUR ITEMS DUE TO THE SCALE OF OUR OPERATION, HOWEVER WE ONLY SELL A-GRADE STOCK AND PUT A LOT OF HARD WORK INTO THE SELECTION PROCESS. WE TAILOR EACH BOX USING THE SIZE ACCORDING TO THE LABEL. A EUROPEAN SIZE WILL ALWAYS BE CONVERTED TO THE ENGLISH EQUIVALENT.
THE COLOUR OF ITEMS MAY APPEAR SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT, THIS IS DUE TO A NUMBER OF FACTORS SUCH AS LIGHTING CONDITIONS, CAMERA AND SCREEN SETTINGS.
